Requirements and necessary skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Fluency in English

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies

• Solid technical proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies

• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Results-oriented

Main duties and responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a technical team

• Set clear expectations, delegate tasks, and monitor team progress

• Mentor and develop team members

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

• Possess a strong technical background

• Assist team members with technical challenges and foster a culture of innovation

• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues

• Facilitate regular team meetings and collaborate with other departments

• Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices

• Conduct code reviews and work closely with the testing team to ensure software quality
