Infrastructure Automation Solution Architect

Position Highlights

As an Infrastructure Automation Solution Architect in our Data, AI and Automation Center of Excellence team you will work with clients to understand their business needs and design automated IT processes using advanced monitoring and automation tools such as Datadoc, Instana, Turbonomic, Zabbix, Ansible and others. The role involves designing infrastructure automation solutions and aligning the architecture with business and IT requirements.

Taking this role,

You Will Have the Opportunity To:

• Participate actively in pre-sales activities and help clients understand and monetize the value of IT Automation technology.
• Work with clients to translate their requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead Proof of Concepts, demonstrations, client workshops and presentations.
• Keep healthy communication with the sales and engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
• Assist clients in their journey of implementing solutions, building trusted advisory relationship with them.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in client projects.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
• 3+ years of experience of in infrastructure automation, DevOps or a related technical role.
• Knowledge of Hybrid cloud solutions.
• Understanding on deployments through Terraform, Ansible, Packer, PowerShell and other
• Prior experience with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Instana, MoogSoft, Splunk, Datadog, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Tibco, Apptio etc is a plus
• Functional competence across the Application Monitoring landscape, Technology Business Management, AIOps and FinOps.
• Strong understanding of the following verticals: IT Operations, Application Monitoring, Technology Business Spend, Application Resource Management and AI powered technologies.
• Client-facing, and client management abilities combined with solid presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business and IT needs into tailored architecture.
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Accountability and Cross -Functional Teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English.
