    Tarya is a leading provider in the new emerging Fintech world. Our Financial Platform as a Service (F-PaaS™) enables companies to provide end-to-end financial services that are traditionally otherwise outsourced. F-PaaS™ empowers organizations to add new revenue channels, increase value to the customer and improve client retention, from day one.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a business focus and lead a product effort for a specific business segment
    • Create a product roadmap, goals and a delivery plan
    • Be responsible for the execution of the delivery plan and oversee the product delivery in the segment
    • Lead the specification process and work with the business to discover requirements
    • Analyze and identify the business processes, customer needs, use cases and interfaces to other systems
    • Lead a team of 3 product managers and ensure best practices and standards are met
    • Ensure product deliveries are created with the highest quality (MRD, PRD etc)
    • Drive the product life cycle in an agile methodology and ensure all product managers are aligned with the plan
    • Work closely with other Product leaders to Identify risks, dependencies and collaborations
    • Work closely with the R&D Leader and maintain the segment development effort focus
    • Track and report progress on a regular basis

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology Management or similar
    • 10+ years of experience as a product manager in a leading role – Must. Preferably with experience in Fintech or Banking
    • Have experience leading 2-3 product managers in an agile environment
    • Have technical understanding and knowledge such as defining APIs and data structures
    • Have great English (Read, Write, Speak) – all product documentation and communication with the R&D teams are done in English
    • Have proven ability to lead a major product effort, build roadmaps and execute complex deliveries in large organizations
    • Strong analytical decision making skills, business thinking, Independent and organized
    • Strong interpersonal skills to informally lead and drive discovery and execution with cross-functional teams
    • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Experience in implementing products using Agile methodologies
