Duties and responsibilities:
Install and configure software and hardware
Manage network servers and technology tools
Set up accounts and workstations
Automate new employees onboarding process
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
2 years proven experience as a IT Support or System Administrator
Hands-on experience with help desk support for the company worldwide employees: Windows & Linux
Experience working on Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu)
Good Knowledge of AD, DNS, GPO
Basic knowledge in one of the scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl)
Basic knowledge in PowerShell script
Basic Knowledge of Networking (routing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewalls, etc)
Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware or Proxmox ) will be considered a plus
Knowledge of monitoring application (Zabbix, ELK, Graylog) will be considered a plus
Self-managed and self-learning
Fluency in written and spoken English
