Talent Hunter is currently searching for an experienced Information Security Manager to join a well-established organization operating in a complex and highly regulated IT environment. This is a senior leadership role within the security division, responsible for driving the organization’s information security strategy and ensuring the highest level of protection for its infrastructure, systems, and data.

Position Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will oversee SOC operations, incident response, and MSSP providers, ensuring fast, effective, and coordinated responses to cyber threats.

You will work closely with Security Engineering, Infrastructure, and senior stakeholders to translate risk into clear, actionable outcomes and continuously strengthen our security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the end-to-end Security Operations function (SOC, monitoring, incident response)

-Act as the primary escalation point for major cyber incidents

-Manage and optimize performance of MSSP providers

-Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics

-Collaborate with Security Engineering and Infrastructure teams to improve core security platforms

-Participate in red/purple team exercises and crisis simulations

-Ensure proper tracking and remediation of audit findings and risks

-Oversee third-party security assessments

-Deliver clear reporting and insights to senior leadership

-Extensive experience in Security Operations / SOC leadership within complex environments

Requirements:

-Strong technical expertise in SIEM, Threat detection, Vulnerability management, DLP, Network & Cloud security, PKI

-Hands-on experience with incident response

-Ability to analyze logs and understand attacker behavior

-Proven track record managing MSSPs or external security providers

-Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders

-Strong decision-making skills under pressure

-Experience with audit remediation and risk management

-Leadership experience and ability to mentor teams
