About the role

On behalf of our client we’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Data Analyst to join a dynamic Data & Analytics team and play a key role in measuring, optimizing, and scaling digital commercial performance.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of MarTech infrastructure, marketing analytics, and growth experimentation, supporting Marketing, Product, and CRM teams with actionable insights and reliable data flows.

Your work will directly impact the entire customer lifecycle — from acquisition and conversion to retention and re-engagement — helping improve attribution accuracy, segmentation, and overall marketing performance measurement.

This is a remote-friendly position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key responsibilities:

• Optimize MarTech stack and evaluate new tools
• Build dashboards and deliver marketing performance insights
• Analyze campaigns (CAC, LTV, conversion, ROI)
• Improve attribution models and funnel tracking
• Support cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Product, Data Engineering)
• Drive automation in reporting, segmentation, and lead management

Requirements:

• 3+ years in marketing/growth /product analytics
• Experience with tools like GA4, Salesforce, Marketo, Amplitude, Segment
• Strong SQL, Excel, Power BI skills
• Understanding of attribution, funnel tracking, and campaign analytics
• Experience with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• A/B testing experience
• Python or R for analytics
• Predictive analytics exposure
