About the Role

As an Azure Data Warehouse SQL Developer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s corporate Data Warehouse environment in Azure Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into robust data models and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support the corporate Data Warehouse system
• Develop and maintain ad-hoc reporting queries
• Follow established development standards and best practices
• Design and develop relational and/or dimensional data models
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance optimization

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL (preferably T-SQL)
• Experience working with relational databases
• Basic understanding of data warehouse concepts (fact & dimension tables)
• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on work with Azure SQL Database or similar

Nice to Have

• Experience with ETL tools such as IBM DataStage, Microsoft SSIS, or SAP Data Services
• Familiarity with Python pipelines
• Familiarity with Shell scripting
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (MS SSRS, SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, QlikView)
