Cloud Storage Systems Engineer

Talent Hunter is looking for a Cloud Storage Systems Engineer to join one of our international clients – a leading technology organization building large-scale cloud infrastructure and delivering innovative IT solutions.

If you have strong hands-on experience with enterprise storage technologies, NetApp solutions, and infrastructure automation, this is an excellent opportunity to work on mission-critical cloud platforms within a highly skilled international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and resilient storage architecture.
• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of Block, Object, Backup, and File Storage environments.
• Troubleshoot complex storage issues, lead incident resolution, and participate in root cause and post-mortem analysis.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve storage performance and reliability.
• Perform capacity planning to support future infrastructure growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP or NetApp StorageGRID.
• Strong understanding of enterprise storage architectures and protocols, including NFSv3, NFSv4.x, NVMe-oF, and S3.
• Solid experience working with Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or OpenTofu.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Golang.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
