Talent Hunter is seeking an Azure Cloud Network Engineer who thrives in complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Azure Cloud Network Engineer

You’ll bring hands-on expertise in connecting enterprise networks with dynamic Microsoft Azure networks—creating efficient, secure pathways for developers while maintaining speed and reliability.

In this role, you’ll design and support networks across routing, switching, and internetworking, as well as manage perimeter services such as WAF, DDoS protection, and VPN. It’s a great fit for an experienced networking professional with deep technical knowledge and certifications such as Azure Network Engineer Associate or Cisco CCNP.

Whether you’re configuring network security groups, optimizing identity and access flows, or collaborating with managed service partners, you’ll be a key player in delivering secure, high-performance cloud connectivity at scale. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support cloud and hybrid network solutions in Microsoft Azure
• Build secure and scalable networks that ensure high availability, performance, and compliance
• Manage routing, switching, and internetworking across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Implement security measures including network segmentation, NSGs, and firewalls
• Configure and maintain perimeter services:Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
• SSL VPNs
• Load balancing (including Global Server Load Balancing)
• IDS/IPS, anti-malware, and threat prevention (Microsoft, Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco)
• DDoS protection services
• Integrate identity and access management controls within network architectures
• Collaborate with managed service providers and professional service partners

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting cloud network technologies
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking and hybrid connectivity solutions
• Experience working with Managed Service Providers
• Intermediate to advanced certification in Azure or Cisco (e.g., Azure Network Engineer Associate, Cisco CCNP)
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise networking (routing, switching, and security)
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management certification (preferred)
