    Our Plovdiv office is the second-biggest Bulgarian office for the whole group of companies. It’s continuously expanding and the teams need a Manager to help them achieve their professional goals!

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Group Manager, to join our team and lead various project teams to help create processes and execute strategies to ensure projects are developed efficiently, correctly, and on schedule. As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of project teams, managing client escalations, ensuring our processes are up to date, building new teams, or stabilizing existing ones.

    You will take ownership of problems and challenges. And, by drilling down and utilizing the unique and diverse specialties of your colleagues, you will contribute to the development of solutions that are both elegant and practical.

    As a Group Manager, you will work closely with the Department Manager and other Group Managers, build a vision and strategy for the department, design processes, and ensure project excellence and steady stakeholder management for our project teams.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of Project Managers to ensure our projects are going smoothly as per client expectations;
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams in order to define scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with company clients’ goals and our business strategy;
    • Project estimation, tracking, and reporting project progress and delivery on time and with quality;
    • Strong facilitation skills for roadmap discussions, design meetings, progress and status meetings, and other multi-functional collaborations;
    • Ability to build relationships, organize, and direct internal and external teams across multiple functions;
    • Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned towards a common goal by meeting and receiving feedback on an ongoing basis;
    • Manage and track team velocity, financials, and other KPIs in relation to the plan and published progress reports together with departments Project Managers;
    • Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the product development initiatives;
    • Lead, empower, and mentor several project teams by providing them with context and continuous feedback.


    Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years of management role in software delivery or similar engineering field;
    • Experience in building and leading high-performance teams, with a focus on creativity, diversity, and quality;
    • Experience with managing teams of 10+ people as a People Manager, driving their career development within the organization;
    • Determine the need for training and talent development within your teams;
    • Ability to adapt and work, in a fast-paced environment, driving clear action plans for your teams to develop the right solutions;
    • Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously;
    • Experience in managing stakeholder and client escalations in an effective manner;
    • Experience in working in an Agile culture organization;
    • Proactive with great interpersonal skills;
    • A team player with an interest to collaborate and work in a multicultural environment on a daily basis;
    • Mindset for getting things done in a timely and quality manner;
    • Fast learner and self-starter;
    • Excellent English level (both written and verbal).
    • Perfect fit for this role are candidates with previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Delivery Manager.
