We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated technical leader to join our team of supportive, experienced professionals. As a Solutions Architect at StorPool, you will have a very broad impact. You will utilize your technical expertise to design and present end-to-end architectures during the pre-sales process, oversee delivery, validation, and optimization, and address future technical inquiries and enhancements. Your role will be crucial to the successful implementation of StorPool’s technology globally.

Responsibilities:

•  Designing comprehensive solutions for efficient, scalable, resilient, and secure data storage.
•  Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives to understand technical and business requirements.
•  Provide best practices and architecture guidance to the engineering and product teams.
•  Meeting with clients to discuss their hardware and software needs.
•  Strategizing with the sales team to create customized solutions.
•  Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products.
•  Testing and demonstrating the performance of deployed systems.
•  Facilitating post-installation client inquiries and enhancements.
•  Working closely with the customer’s technical teams and maintaining customer relations.
•  Passion for learning new technologies and ensuring customer success.

 Requirements:

•  Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
•  Proficiency in at least one programming language.
•  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills.
•  Proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions to enterprise customers.
•  Ability to create big-picture software solutions.
•  Ability to present ideas in a clean and user-friendly way.
