    Tech Stack / Изисквания

    Requirements

    • Good level of English
    • 5+ years of SAP Basis administration experience, focusing on HANA and S/4HANA environments
    • Deep knowledge of SAP architecture and components, including transport management, client administration, and performance tuning
    • Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows platform administration
    • Experience with SAP BTP (SAP Workzone, Integration Suite, IPS, Cloud Identity)

    Preferred

    • SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate)
    • Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (AWS, etc.)
    • Knowledge of SSO technologies, SAP BO, and Data Services
    • Proficiency with Linux clusters and SAP Solution Manager

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Ability to collaborate in hybrid work environments
    • Adaptability and continuous learning mindset.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP systems (HANA, ECC, S/4HANA) while ensuring compliance with best practices
    • Monitor and optimize SAP system performance for applications and databases
    • Perform regular maintenance activities including backups, patching, and system refreshes
    • Lead troubleshooting of complex SAP Basis issues and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize downtime
    • Develop and maintain system procedures, operational guidelines, and best practices
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP projects, enhancements, and system integrations
