Mission: Shape the future of the events by implementing the product strategy into the Event Management roadmap

Reports to: VP Product

Responsibilities:

• Work with the VP Product to translate product vision and strategy into an Event Management product roadmap that incorporates customer needs, market trends, and business goals
• Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions with an objective to retain and expand product adoption and ARR
• Deliver high-quality products on time and on budget
• Communicate product plans and progress to key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members
• Own the delivery of our event management product by working with the product designer, engineering team, and other stakeholders
• Research competitive Event Management landscape and strategically position our product to stand out
• Be an internal and external product advocate

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products.
• Experience in the event technology industry or B2B marketing technology space is a plus.
• Deep understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle as well as agile principles and methodologies.
• Strong data fluency and analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving product development from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product plans and progress to a variety of audiences.
• Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills.
