We are already penetrating the UK market, Middle East and North Africa (MENA), GCC region (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman),
    and running multiple projects for popular, international businesses.

    We are looking for an exceptional Manual Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. You will be ensuring the quality assurance and quality control of new implementation and existing projects in our portfolio. You will be required to meet industry best practices and organization standards when executing test strategies. Our clients are well-known brands, operating in Europe, the USA, and the
    Middle East regions.

    Where you will make an impact:

    • You will be ensuring our products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance;
    • Actively participate in the planning, implementation, and maintenance phases of a project ;
    • Identify test conditions from project documentation and develop and document test cases and test scripts to cover these conditions;
    • Execute test scripts, record results, and perform detailed initial root cause investigation;
    • Work with Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to review project
    • Documentation, such as Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Business Requirements Documents, etc.
    • Work with support and developers to resolve any defects identified;
    • Participate in the production of regular QA statistics – defects by project, area, severity, etc.
    • Document clearly identified defects in the defect tracking systems, by using organizational standards ;
    • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved;
    • Execute smoke and sanity testing on releases.

    If you have/are:

    • 3+ years of experience in testing web applications
    • Exposure to test management tools (e.g. JIRA, TestLink or Quality Center);
    • Writing comprehensive and business-focused test plans;
    • Experience with API testing (SOAP/REST);
    • Experience with Developer tools (browser console) и HTTP Status Codes;
    • Experience performing functional, non-¬functional, and end to end system testing;
    • Version control, e.g. Git, SVN, etc.
    • Good written and verbal English skills;
    • Good understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.

    Not required, but you’ll stand out with experience/knowledge of:

    • eCommerce experience is a big advantage;
    • Knowledge of the SDLC in different software delivery methodologies;
    • Understanding business processes and logic behind feature requests;
    • Xray for JIRA;
    • Ability to document and share knowledge with team members;
    • Ability to identify related impact and risk areas of releases.
