We are already penetrating the UK market, Middle East and North Africa (MENA), GCC region (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman), and running multiple projects for popular, international businesses.

    Your Responsibility:

    • Participate in discovery workshops with clients
    • Participate in project from design, definition through build, test, and user acceptance testing
    • Write detailed and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), user stories, user acceptance scenarios, and other documents
    • Communicate with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their business, process, and services.
    • Elicit business requirements from stakeholders.
    • Collect, analyze functional and non-functional requirements and turn them into high-quality and detailed specifications.
    • Prioritize and manage business requirements.
    • Lead showcase presentations to business stakeholders.
    • Work in continuous improvement and documentation of applied business analysis processes in our company.

    If you have/are:

    • 2+ years of proven track record as a business analyst
    • 2+ years in the field of eCommerce
    • Experience in running meetings, presenting ideas, and proposing solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
    • Technical background is considered a plus
    • Experience with other eCommerce platforms (Magento, Hybris, Shopify, BigCommerce, ATG) is considered a plus
    • Experience with requirements tracking tools (JIRA)
    • Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Excellent English, both written and spoken
