    The API Management and System Integrations Service Line Specialist (SLS) is a core consulting and pre-sales role at SoftServe, reporting to the Director of API Management and System Integrations Practices. This role is instrumental in shaping SoftServe’s business strategy and revenue generation by enhancing our value, advocacy, and visibility among clients and partners.

    IF YOU ARE

    • Experienced for at least 5 years with API Management platforms: Apigee, Mulesoft, Workato, or any other
    • Showing 10 years of commercial experience in technology
    • A holder of a Degree in technical discipline such as Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Math, or Data Science
    • Proficient in cloud technologies, AWS, Azure; programming languages: Python, and Java
    • Showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Comfortable presenting to large groups of people at industry conferences, events, and client sites
    • Having excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
    • Hands-on with B2B sales and presales processes focused on API Management-based solutions
    • Skilled in working with globally distributed teams

    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify business challenges and design API Management and System Integrations-driven solutions
    • Enable sales teams with effective pre-sales diagnostics and advisory
    • Qualify prospects based on the SoftServe service portfolio
    • Understand clients’ business strategies and propose aligned solutions
    • Demonstrate unique solutions for client’s business challenges
    • Identify and propose technology solutions and business process improvements
    • Define, document, and own the vision and scope of proposed solutions
    • Foster trust with key client stakeholders
    • Participate in architectural design discussions and solve complex business problems
    • Build and influence user groups and communities to promote SoftServe’s expertise
    • Develop SoftServe’s community presence by leading and organizing events
