    IF YOU ARE

    • Experienced, talented, proactive, and result-oriented
    • Certified at Intermediate/Advanced level in Service Management
    • Possessing advanced knowledge of ITSM, SDLC, and cloud-related certifications
    • Skilled in managing teams of 15+ employees
    • Proficient in coaching and mentoring managers effectively
    • Strong in negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution
    • Excellent in communication, presentation, and relationship-building
    • Capable of building business cases and collaborating with U.S. or European companies
    • Experienced in team building and management
    • Proficient in project management tools
    • Willing to manage distributed teams
    • Qualified with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Management
    • Fluent in English

    AND YOU WANT TO

    • Supervise Service Management across platforms, multiple channels, and services to ensure service availability, performance, and process maturity across this landscape
    • Build a balanced portfolio of services that maximize service profitability and the value received by customer
    • Build and continuously improve the process model used by the service teams
    • Establish a measurement and reporting system for the mix of services and processes to build mature service-tracking
    • Shape and manage the client’s expectations and communications
    • Continually improve service delivery function for wider service delivery
    • Facilitate the development of business opportunities within a specific mix of services provided by one or some business unit
    • Lead the service operations and implementation teams
    • Manage activities to keep service within SLA
    • Implement the best set of requirements for a specific service within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources
