Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python + React)

About the role

In this role, you will help build a modern procurement data and AI ecosystem as part of a high‑impact, three‑year transformation program. You’ll contribute to establishing a strong data foundation and support the evolution of Contract AI—an advanced solution analyzing contracts and invoices to detect anomalies and deliver insights. Working closely with data, AI, and engineering teams, you’ll help scale AI solutions from early pilots into reliable, production‑ready systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance LLM-based extractors for processing contracts and invoices
• Develop and improve LLM evaluation frameworks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI outputs
• Support the scaling of AI solutions from proof of value to enterprise-grade systems
• Work with large, complex datasets (contracts, invoices, procurement data)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI and data pipelines in production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions
• Contribute to improving system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with data, AI, and engineering teams to transform AI‑driven solutions from early pilots into robust, production‑ready systems operating at scale
• Take ownership of engineering solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python development
• Strong experience with React and Typescript
• Experience with Fast API, Flask, or Django
• Meaningful hands-on experience with Azure
• Exposure to languages such as C# or Java
• Proven experience with production systems, including troubleshooting and debugging
• Experience working with AI/LLM-based systems or data-intensive applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and engineering mindset
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks to completion
• Understanding of scalability challenges and system design principles
• Focus on engineering excellence rather than only prompt engineering
• Experience with data processing pipelines or analytics platforms is nice to have
• Familiarity with procurement, contracts, or financial data domains is considered a plus
• Experience scaling AI solutions from pilot to production is a great addition
