We are seeking a Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer for a healthcare project. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of an Enterprise System (ES), which follows a 3-tier architecture. You will focus on manual testing across the entire application stack, ensuring that data flows seamlessly and accurately from the user interface through the service layer and into the database.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Testing: Execute comprehensive manual testing across the full stack: UI (Client) $rightarrow$ Service (Application Layer) $rightarrow$ DB (Database Layer).
• Cross-Platform Validation: Perform functional and regression testing across different Operating Systems (OS) to ensure consistent application performance.
• Data Integrity: Verify complex healthcare data by performing back-end testing at the Database layer to ensure accuracy between the UI and the DB.
• Service Layer Testing: Validate API responses and business logic within the application service layer.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in manual software quality assurance.
• Application Expertise: Strong experience testing Web Applications. While experience with Desktop Applications is highly preferred, we are open to strong Web QA candidates who can adapt to different environments.
• Technical Flow: Deep understanding of how data moves through a system (Client > API/Service > SQL/DB).
• OS Knowledge: Proficiency in testing on various Windows/Mac/Linux environments.
• Healthcare Domain (Plus): Prior experience in a healthcare setting (knowledge of HIPAA compliance, EHR systems, or medical data security) is a significant advantage.
• Database Skills: Ability to write and execute basic to intermediate SQL queries for data validation.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot complex „flow“ issues.
• Communication: Clear ability to translate technical findings to both developers and project stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of precision, critical for handling sensitive medical/healthcare data.
