WHAT your essential role in the team will be:

• Provide technical guidance to the test team to ensure test activities are performed according to the listed requirements and product specifications
• Execute test cases, track and log defects found in testing
• Participate in all team meetings and activities
• Prioritize and coordinate the testing activities to guarantee the quality of the software
• Play a hands-on role in the definition and implementation of effective and efficient testing processes, documentation, tools, and testing methodologies
• Provide leadership for more than one software development project and assist with guidance and help
• Apply quality standards and initiate improvements

WHAT necessary requirements for the position are needed:

• Expert knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and QA processes
• Strong experience with SQL databases
• Strong experience in API testing
• Strong experience with Postman, Swager
• Experience with test management tools /Xray/
• Experience with project management tools /Jira/
• Experience in Azure
• Experience with version control systems
• Previous experience in a leadership role will be considered a strong advantage
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with full application life cycle testing
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others
• Planning and executing tasks to meet deadlines
• Highly skilled in developing and executing manual test cases
• Experience with Agile Management tools to track and manage user stories/tasks/defects
• Experience in the fintech domain will be considered an advantage
