Product Manager (e-commerce solution)

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a Product Manager for an exciting new product: a site building application with e-commerce functionality that will allow our clients to easily set up their own sites and online stores. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving discovery activities, conducting competitor research and creating a product backlog. In this role, you will be part of an experienced cross-functional team working in a fast-paced environment with short feedback loops.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shape product vision and discover product opportunities;
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs and pain points;
• Perform preliminary business research, in relation to each functionality that needs to be developed;
• Define the business logic and objectives for the development of the features;
• Create, prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog with clear acceptance criteria;
• Draft the written text for the user interface;
• Work with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, DevOps, marketing, billing, partner organizations, etc;
• Organize and lead product refinement meetings;
• Build shared understanding and team alignment;
• Communicate with 3rd party service providers and manage automated integrations;

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business analyst, System analyst, or similar role working with digital products.
• Experience in e-commerce industry is considered an advantage;
• Experience with product discovery and product delivery;
• Experience with issue tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc;
• SaaS experience is considered an advantage;
• Great communication and collaboration skills within a cross-functional team;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent English (both written and spoken);
• Results-oriented person with growth mindset.
