About the role

We are looking for an AI Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of Enterprise Twin, an AI-powered digital twin designed to centralize, analyze, and optimize business operations. This role involves leveraging Large Language Models to build intelligent automation, decision support, and enterprise knowledge retrieval capabilities.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop LLM-powered AI solutions for automation, analytics and document processing
• Connect structured and unstructured data across enterprise systems
• Build a knowledge graph to enhance insights and relationships
• Create AI assistants for HR, finance and operations
• Enhance search, summarization, and knowledge retrieval with AI
• Integrate speech recognition and avatar-based interfaces
• Automate HR workflows, timesheets, and financial reporting
• Implement AI-driven compliance monitoring for legal, HR and finance
• Develop anomaly detection models to catch inconsistencies
• Ensure AI security and compliance (GDPR, SOC2, etc.)
• Continuously refine AI accuracy through learning and feedback
• Manage secure role-based access for enterprise AI tools

Role’s requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with LLMs, NLP, and AI-driven automation
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow or other AI frameworks
• Experience with enterprise data integration (APIs, ETL, knowledge graphs)
• Strong background in AI ethics, compliance, and security
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written English

Advantages:
