We work with startups, product companies, and corporations and master trending technologies and directions.

    As a Project Manager in our company, you will have many opportunities to participate in various activities, including planning, analysis, design, development, deployment, and closure.

    The role will manage and assist the Technology projects of the client. Ensuring that the projects are delivered as per the scope and with the highest level of quality standards.



    • Min 3 weeks per month of working time on-site from the client’s office in Dubai.
    • Duration: 6 to 18 months.
    • Workdays: Sunday-Thursday.
    • Domain: Banking systems digital transformation.
    • Experience in the banking industry is required.
    • Process: 1 HR interview, 2 interviews with the client (conversation), 1 case study for home.
    • The cost of 2 return flights per month and accommodation on-site are reimbursed to an employee.
    • Potential to visit some of the other companies’ offices in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
    • Permanent contract with Sigma Software Bulgaria. After the end of the project, you will continue with remote work on other projects from Bulgaria.



    • Develop and maintain key project deliverables, project plans, communication plans and status reports.
    • Manage the scope of the project.
    • Perform impact analysis for changes impacting the project.
    • Manage and coordinate the implementation of the system.
    • Define and evaluate problems and plan effective solutions.
    • Manage requirements gathering, customizations, data migration, testing, training and deployment for the project.
    • Work with stakeholders to determine and prioritize project objectives, critical success factors, and risks.
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
    • Manage Project teams effectively.
    • Establish healthy working relations and partnerships with Businesses, vendors and peers.
    • Work closely with the PMO office and Program Manager to set priorities.
    • Follow standards and guidelines provided by the PMO office.



    • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager with at least 5 years in a bank or financial institution.
    • Expert in MS Project, MS Office products and other related tools.
    • Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodology.
    • Client-facing experience is mandatory.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or Business Administration is highly preferred.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively as a team player.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • PMP Certification is preferred.

    Would be an advantage:

    • Some experience as an IT BA in the background 


    • 3 months probation period only
