About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned, innovative, and resourceful Head of Casino Products with a passion for crafting world-class digital experiences. In this high-impact role, you’ll spearhead our Online Casino workstream, guiding product development from concept to delivery, and driving growth in a competitive, fast-paced industry. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our offerings remain cutting-edge, aligning with evolving market demands and client needs. This role requires a unique blend of technical proficiency and market insight to propel our success in software development.
You’ll be responsible for:
Lead transformative, high-impact projects from ideation through delivery, bringing innovative concepts to life in the online casino arena.
Ensure seamless integration of new features within our broader product ecosystem, creating a cohesive and engaging experience.
Conduct in-depth market research, staying ahead of industry trends and gathering insights to drive ongoing innovation.
Manage project complexities, identify dependencies, and oversee the details necessary for achieving excellence in execution.
Coordinate effectively between legacy systems and new initiatives, ensuring steady progress and impactful results across all product areas.
Oversee and sign off on key milestones, upholding our high standards and strategic objectives in every deliverable.
Mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and supporting their professional growth.
You’ll need to have:
6+ years of experience in product management, with a substantial background in leading product workstreams.
Demonstrated success in launching and sustaining online casino products.
In-depth understanding of online casino products, including their mechanisms and intricacies.
Strong business acumen, with an ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into effective product strategies.
A customer-focused mindset with a keen ability to align product development with customer value creation.
Structured and logical thinking to break down requirements into actionable plans and tasks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey requirements to R&D teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including software development processes.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams, identifying growth potential, and creating development plans.
Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate product vision and strategy persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
