About this role:
As a Security Operations Architect at RingCentral, your primary responsibilities are to design, implement, and enhance operational security processes for RingCentral’s global cloud service, corporate and development environments. This includes both technical and human processes that manage the daily effectiveness of security infrastructure, security automation, vulnerability and patch management, event management, incident management and identity and access management. You will be required to work collaboratively with other highly technical subject matter experts to develop custom solutions that align with RingCentral’s specific tools, technologies and practices.
You will be responsible for analyzing and advising security leadership about RingCentral’s evolving corporate IT and production networks.
