QA Engineer (Automation & Manual)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with a strong background in automation testing (Python or TypeScript) and solid experience in manual testing. You will join a cross-functional team dedicated to developing an AI-powered agent for real-time communication, focused on enhancing customer interactions and streamlining support processes.

This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts in Python or TypeScript.
• Perform manual testing of new features, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Contribute to the development of our test automation framework and CI/CD processes.
• Analyze test results, document issues, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve defects.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and quality discussions.
• Ensure test coverage for both backend and frontend systems.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in QA engineering (both manual and automation).
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for test automation.
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Pytest, Jest, or similar).
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with telephony systems (VoIP, SIP, Twilio, or similar).
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
