Engineering Lead – .NET

You would be a person:

• Who is proficient in: C# / .NET Core
• ASP.NET MVC and Web API
• MVC / MVVM / MV* design patterns
• Angular or another modern JavaScript framework (React or Vue)
• Clean, well-structured, efficient HTML & CSS
• IIS / Kestrel deployment and maintenance
• Git and Git-based workflows
• Who has 6+ years of Software engineering and/or experience as a Tech Leader
• Resolving technical problems with high level of complexity
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Curiosity of learning new things

We would consider it a PLUS if you are familiar with:

• Azure cloud deployment and operation
• Responsive Design / Bootstrap or another layout framework
• CSS preprocessors (Sass / Less)
• Kendo UI for Angular
• Telerik UI for ASP.NET
• Node.js

In this role you will:

• Take part in scoping, designing, developing, developing and maintaining complex business systems
• Lead a team of strong software engineers through technical expertise and a mindset for growth
• Plan and estimate projects through an agile software delivery process
• Be accountable for the progress and success of the assigned project and help with developing the complicated part of the software
• Recruit, retain and develop technical talent. Create individual development plans and mentor team members.
• Be the voice of your team to external and internal stakeholders at all levels, partner with product owners, UX/UI and sales teams
