Technical Lead – Mission Driven AI

We are seeking a Technical Lead to join one of the top 10 AI startups in Europe.

Main Responsibilities:

• ​​​​​​Lead innovative projects that leverage AI for meaningful societal impact.
• Collaborate with a passionate and mission-driven team pushing the boundaries of technology.
• Shape the future of AI solutions that address real-world challenges.
• Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality is high across all products.
• Mentor and guide developers; participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Align technical direction with business goals.

Key Requirements:

• Previous leadership or team management experience.
• University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
• Extensive experience in the software development field 7+ years (we use Python).
• Experience with Machine Learning, NLPs, AI integrations.
• Strong architectural and software design patterns skills.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to teach and transfer knowledge to others.
• Fluency in English.
