Senior Data Scientist – DeFi

We are seeking a proactive Senior Data Scientist to enhance our modeling capabilities and deliver impactful data insights. You will work closely with various teams on strategic research, simulation, and risk analysis.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to derive insights from leading protocols.
• Conduct research on market participant behavior and integrate findings into our simulation platform.
• Present insights to internal and external audiences and explore new algorithms for security optimizations.
• Develop data models and visualizations for public blockchain data and simulation results.
• Contribute to continuous platform improvement.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science.
• Strong trading background with model-building experience and knowledge of derivatives and financial markets.
• Experience in financial technology.
• Proficiency in machine learning, Python, and relevant data science libraries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for decentralized finance and blockchain.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Based in the U.S. or Europe with remote work flexibility.
• Experience with web3 tools or smart contracts is a plus.
• Broader understanding of the crypto ecosystem is beneficial.
