Senior Data Analytics Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior Data Analytics Engineer for one of America’s fastest-growing InsurTech companies that is pre-IPO. This is a high-impact role – you’ll design analytics solutions and help the teams across the company make faster and smarter decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and shape the data infrastructure.
• Improve the existing data models and performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop reliable solutions.
• Translate customer data into insights that shape the product development.
• Forecast and solve high-impact analytics problems.

Key Requirements:

• A few years of commercial experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in dbt, SQL, building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Has worked previously directly with various business stakeholders.
• Scripting experience with any of the following languages: Python, Rust, Ruby, C++.
• Relevant Bachelor University Degree is plus.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift.
• Curiosity, solid work ethic.
• Fluency in English.
