Senior Backend Engineer – Rust/C++

We’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to build and scale high-performance backend systems for a real-time platform. You’ll design resilient, low-latency services and help shape system architecture in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and maintain core backend services.
• Design scalable, event-driven architectures.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security.
• Define data, messaging, and testing strategies.
• Review code and mentor other engineers.

Key requirements:

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong Rust and/or C++ background.
• Deep knowledge of concurrency and low-latency systems.
• Experience with databases, messaging systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong security and testing mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience with real-time or financial systems.
• Familiarity with decentralized technologies.
