Senior Backend Engineer – Go

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to strengthen our growing software team. You’ll be working alongside engineers across three squads, collaborating closely with product, infrastructure, and smart-contract specialists to shape the future of our SaaS and API-first products.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions.
• Design and develop new features in our Go-based services (data pipelines, APIs, blockchain transaction tools, etc.).
• Build robust automation, testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Review code, fix bugs, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure services interact seamlessly, minimize downtime, and recover quickly.
• Uphold best practices in security and compliance.
• Continuously improve engineering practices and platform reliability.
• Partner with other teams to clarify the software roadmap and technical priorities.

TechStack:

• Go, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, REST APIs
• Solidity, Foundry
• GCP, AWS, Kubernetes
• 100+ Go services handling 15+ blockchains, 200GB of raw data daily, 2TB of staking data accessible via API

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience building and deploying scalable APIs or infrastructure-related products.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Go in production.
• Proficiency with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong opinions on architecture and coding best practices.
• Interest in Web3, blockchain, and smart contracts.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• ​​​​​​Background in certified environments (SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA).
• Experience with Node.js.
• Open-source contributions or side projects in blockchain/Web3.
