About the Company

A leading product company in the online gaming industry is looking for a Senior Game Designer to join its Online Games team and help create engaging slot game experiences for international markets.

The role combines game mechanics design, product thinking, and close collaboration with development, math, and art teams throughout the full game production lifecycle.

• Design engaging slot game mechanics, gameplay flows, and player experiences
• Generate concepts and ideas for new casino games and features
• Analyze game performance metrics and develop gameplay hypotheses and improvements
• Lead and participate in design discussions and project reviews
• Maintain and improve game design documentation
• Support projects from initial concept to final delivery
• Collaborate closely with development, math, and creative teams
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices
• Stay up to date with industry trends and casino game mechanics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the game development or casino industry
• Strong understanding of slot game mechanics and player engagement principles
• Experience designing game systems and leading design discussions
• Analytical mindset and strong logical thinking
• Ability to structure ideas clearly and communicate effectively
• Passion for games and strong attention to visual details
• Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Background in mathematics
• Art or visual design experience
