The Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps / SRE Engineer to join a high-performing infrastructure team responsible for ensuring stability, security, automation, and scalability across cloud and on-premise environments. You will optimize CI/CD workflows, improve observability, manage Kubernetes deployments, and build robust tooling that empowers developers and guarantees system reliability.

Responsibilities

Manage and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and automated deployments.

Continuously enhance infrastructure reliability, automation, tooling, and security.

Orchestrate, scale, and monitor services running in Kubernetes across cloud and on-prem setups.

Maintain and optimize Grafana dashboards, metrics, and observability tooling.

Set up proactive alerts, logging, and resource monitoring to ensure system health.

Ensure secure, consistent, and developer-friendly environments.

Diagnose infrastructure issues and ensure high uptime and minimal disruption.

Monitor vulnerabilities, apply security patches, and ensure adherence to compliance rules.

Document systems, processes, and best practices for clarity and transparency.

Manage firewalls, Cloudflare protections, VPN access, and identity/security configurations.

Requirements

Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or systems administration roles.

Hands-on expertise with:

Kubernetes (deployments, scaling, troubleshooting)

Docker & containerized workflows

GitLab CI/CD (or similar CI systems)

Nexus, artifact & image repositories

Grafana metrics, dashboards, and alerting

Experience with cloud platforms and bare-metal servers.

Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and access control.

Experience in infrastructure security, vulnerability monitoring, and incident response.

Familiarity with PostgreSQL backups, data management, and environment migrations.

Ability to automate workflows via Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

Soft Skills

High attention to detail, especially regarding security and compliance.

Strong collaborator across engineering, QA, and management teams.

Curious about new tools, trends, and DevOps best practices.
