About the company

Our client is a leading provider of enterprise-scale data solutions, trusted by organizations in Bulgaria and across Northern Europe. Their projects cover mission-critical systems, cloud adoption, and advanced data architectures. You will work alongside a highly skilled team, under the guidance of one of the top SQL Server experts in the region.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience as a SQL Server DBA .

Excellent command of T-SQL, database engine internals, and relational design.

Proven expertise with high availability and disaster recovery (AlwaysOn AG, replication, log shipping).

Advanced skills in performance troubleshooting and optimization (Query Store, wait stats, indexing).

Solid experience with automation using PowerShell, T-SQL, SQL Agent, or Azure DevOps.

Practical exposure to Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, and BI/data warehouse infrastructures is a strong plus.

Leadership in technical discussions and ability to mentor junior colleagues.
