About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing product company in the iGaming industry, developing a large-scale platform for online casino and sports betting, serving players in 80+ countries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain large-scale, high-performance data pipelines and architectures.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across multiple systems.
• Optimize ETL processes and data solutions for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and analysts to provide datasets and features for machine learning and AI projects.
• Implement and promote best practices in data management, governance, and security.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging data technologies to continuously improve infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in database management and data streaming.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and high-volume environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with machine learning workflows and feature engineering.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases at scale.
