We are supporting one of our clients in the iGaming industry in their search for a Principal UX/UI Designer. This is a senior leadership role where you will define the design strategy, set best practices, and shape the user experience of next-generation gaming platforms. The position combines creative vision, hands-on design work, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for engaging and intuitive products

Define long-term UX strategy and promote design thinking throughout the company

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on vision and deliver user-centered solutions

Establish design guidelines, document processes, and run design reviews

Use research insights, usability testing, and analytics to guide product improvements

Advocate for user needs and communicate complex design concepts clearly across teams

Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation and design excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role (preferably in the casino/iGaming sector)
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; proven experience building design systems
• Strong creative vision combined with excellent visual design capabilities
• Expertise in UI/UX principles, mobile-first, and responsive web design
• Proven ability to connect design with business goals and shape product direction
• End-to-end design expertise, from ideation to pixel-perfect execution
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and current UI trends
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design projects and user-centered methodologies
