.NET Team Lead (Sports Platform)

We are looking for a .NET Team Lead to join a fast-growing digital platform for sports betting. You will lead a small team of developers and QA engineers, provide technical leadership on enterprise-grade .NET projects, and influence platform design and coding standards. This role combines people leadership with hands-on development and architecture ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–7 developers and QA engineers
• Provide technical leadership for .NET, MVC, Entity Framework projects
• Review code, ensure design patterns and SOLID principles are applied
• Mentor team members and onboard new developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Maintain technical documentation and enforce standards
• Work with JavaScript, REST APIs, relational databases, CI/CD (Jenkins)
• Manage high-volume data distribution between platforms

Your Background

• 5+ years of .NET experience (including MVC and Entity Framework)
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience with design patterns, SOLID principles, RabbitMQ, Kafka/Redis
• Strong people and communication skills
• Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, relational databases, and CI/CD pipelines
