The Role
As a DevOps Team Lead, you will drive automation, infrastructure strategy, and operational excellence while leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead DevOps strategy, automation, and infrastructure evolution
Mentor and manage a team of DevOps/IT professionals
Plan and prioritize workloads and delivery
Implement best practices in incident, risk, and change management
Collaborate with engineering, security, and cloud teams
Improve CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
5+ years experience in DevOps/SRE/IT Ops (2+ in leadership)
Strong experience with AWS and cloud architectures
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
Kubernetes and containerization experience
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Strong Linux and scripting skills
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Strong leadership and communication skills
