Our client, a fast-growing iGaming company, is expanding their Online Games department. They are looking for a skilled Database Developer to implement, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL-based systems and support high-performance game platform modules.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain data warehouse systems with focus on performance and reliability
• Develop queries, views, and stored procedures using ANSI SQL and PL/pgSQL
• Diagnose and resolve database performance, integrity, and reliability issues
• Collaborate with developers to optimize data access and integration
• Contribute to microservices architecture, code reviews, and unit testing
• Gather requirements for new features in data systems and gaming modules

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development with Java & Spring (2+ years preferred)
• 3+ years of experience with PostgreSQL and large/complex databases
• Strong ANSI SQL and PL/pgSQL skills, relational modeling (OLTP/OLAP)
• Object-oriented design, multi-threading, and microservices experience
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP protocols
• Understanding of secure, high-quality code practices
