About the Company

A product-focused technology organization operating in the iGaming industry, building high-scale data-driven platforms. The company works with large volumes of structured and semi-structured data, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalable database architectures. Teams collaborate closely across engineering and analytics to ensure efficient data flow and high-quality system performance.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain database solutions using PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for high-performance systems
• Improve schema design, indexing strategies, and overall query performance
• Support ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data
• Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
• Work with large datasets, applying best practices for partitioning and data modeling
• Collaborate with backend, data, and product teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Participate in code reviews and promote database best practices
• Maintain clear and structured documentation of database systems
• Contribute to automation of operational and maintenance tasks

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Database Developer
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Experience working with large-scale, performance-critical systems
• Solid understanding of database design, normalization, and indexing
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes
• Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
