Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master for a client of ours, wanting to take responsibility beyond developing software, to actively shape the strategic and technical direction of an important internal solution.

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a Scrum Master.

– Experience with Agile software delivery models, like Scrum and Kanban.

– Project Coordination or Project Management experience.

– Effective cross-functional collaboration and ability to work with developers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders is a must.

– Ambition and eagerness to learn and reach new levels of technical and personal mastery. Ability to grasp new concepts effectively, push yourself out of your comfort zone, and tackle unexpected challenges.

– Intolerance of mediocrity, enthusiasm, and drive to achieve the best possible outcome.

– Self-discipline and precision in organizing and focusing your attention effectively. You can be entrusted with responsibilities, manage, and keep deadlines.

– Be a team player to contribute to your team’s success. „Ego“ is a hated word.

– Excellent command of spoken and written English.
