Full-stack Python Developer

THE ROLE:

The full-stack developers design and implement robust internal systems/capabilities to boost the productivity and enhance the trading capabilities of the company. Example projects include web development tasks for building tools for internal purposes such as employee leaves, recruitment, data research and visualization. More complex projects related to developing a web application on top of other tools and building CI/CD tools are also expected.

Main tech stack: Django Rest framework, React.js, Typescript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Ansible, Docker, Gitlab, CI/CD, Python Celery

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:

• Build and implement systems for internal end-users
• Automate existing workflow
• Work closely with C++ developers on troubleshooting and optimization of the performance of various components of the trading system
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure/coding issues
• Evaluate new technologies for integration

OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:

• Strong Python programming skills
• Good understanding of fundamental data structures and algorithms (e.g. Array, linked list, hash table, binary search tree, sorting algorithms)
• Good in time and space complexity analysis
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js)
• Experience with modern server-side frameworks (e.g., Django, Express.js, Flask, Rails)
• Experience working with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fast adapting to new technologies
