For our client – company specializing in creating digital platforms, mobile apps and augmented reality experiences – we are looking to hire Quality Assurance Specialist (Manual).
Ensure the quality of software for functional areas of the company products (iOS and Android applications).
Prepare and execute test cases.
Constantly monitor escalations, bugs and carry out root cause analysis.
Re-create customer scenarios and work to resolve escalations that arise from the field/product support.
Closely work with development teams to refine and improve software engineering processes.
At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Android/iOS application experience.
Ability to work independently in a small and dynamic team of individual contributors.
Self-motivated to achieve excellence.
Ability to understand business requirements and develop QA strategies achieve them.
Thorough knowledge of Mobile Software Test Life Cycle and software engineering concepts.
Enthusiastic, dedicated and willing to learn.
We consider a plus:
Any software development experience.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
