    The role

    For our growing operations we are looking for a Junior Facility Coordinator. The role will be focused on the setup of new employees, with the appropriate hardware, software and office & facilities tasks.​

    The person to take up this role would be working within an established team of professionals to provide an excellent office environment in all contemporary aspects – physical, hybrid and remote. Pwrteams aim is to provide a modern, easily accessible, yet secure work environment for our employees. Essential part of the work is ‘the setup for new employees’, which is a process requiring communication with external and international clients, suppliers and employees, as well as understanding of the modern IT and systems standards and hardware and software procurement and management processes.

    What you’ll do

    • Preparation & processing of new requests: discuss with peers and clients the needs for equipment (for new starters and upgrades of outdated hardware) and ensure all steps are followed in procurement, delivery and setup according to the approved standards
    • Purchase & supply: equipment vendor research and selection; prepare offers & negotiate terms; agree approval of payments; contact & communicate with other divisions as needed; track invoices & final deliveries
    • Together with our distributed IT and systems team support the induction process for new employees to ensure they are accommodated with the resources for productive digital work environments
    • Analyse, prioritize and route issues with hardware and software used by the Pwrteams employees. Work with the suppliers or the IT support team experts to track, resolve problems and record solutions
    • Plan needed changes in the infrastructure, equipment, etc. and organize projects to accommodate teams in suitable on-site hardware and premises

    What we’re looking for

    • Proven working experience with customers in the field of IT services/within B2B environment
    • Professional experience in setting up various hardware and software systems – Windows and MacOS
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced English language skills
    • Good knowledge of Office365 products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
    • Knowledge of the base principles of working with invoices & documents
    • Methodical and structured approach with an eye for detail and quality
    • Excellent ability to build relationships with staff, peers, managers and the executive management group
    • Flexibility – ability to perform in different working environments
    • Ability to manage own time, prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines
