We are looking for a German Speaking Tech lead , who will lead and coach our team, dedicated to our partner. Our partner is a leading company in the German direct banking market providing online securities business for modern investors, a complete range of services for private customers, brokerage, banking and advice. More than 3 million customers use its products and services in the B2C and B2B business line.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing client’s needs and providing technical solution, within our partner`s tech stack
• Identifying future needs, problems and difficulties encountered, proposing solutions in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Preparing the technical documentation related to the application and deployment
• Ensures compliance with best coding practices, testing and validation of the functionalities developed by the team
• Writing unit and integration tests alongside with the development team

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise development, some of which on a Leading role
• Experience in leading/mentoring people
• Solid knowledge in applications development with Java 8+, Spring 5+, SpringBatch, Hibernate5+, OracleDB 12+, Linux, Bash, Test Frameworks(Junit4, 5+)
• C1/C2 level in English and German
