Digital Identity Consultant

We are expanding our Cybersecurity & Digital Identity team and are looking for a Junior Digital Identity Consultant who is eager to learn, grow, and work on global IAM projects for leading international clients.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you’ll support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments under senior guidance, including:

· Supporting user and access lifecycle management (joiners, movers, leavers)

· Assisting with access reviews, audit, and compliance activities

· Helping configure SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies

· Supporting onboarding of SaaS and cloud applications (Entra ID / IAM platforms)

· Participating in identity provider migrations

· Maintaining clear technical documentation

· Collaborating with global IT and security teams

· Continuously learning IAM best practices and modern cloud security concepts

Required Qualifications

· Degree or final-year student in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or similar (or equivalent early-career experience)

· Basic understanding of IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, RBAC, provisioning)

· Hands-on exposure to at least one IAM platform:

o Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Okta, Saviynt, or similar

· Experience or familiarity with Microsoft 365 user management

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

· Good spoken and written English

· Detail-oriented, team-focused, and eager to learn

Nice-to-Haves

· PowerShell or basic scripting for automation

· Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC

· Exposure to IAM / PAM tools (Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint)

· Awareness of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR in an IAM context

· International project or consulting exposure

· Security or cloud certifications (Microsoft, Okta, CompTIA, etc.)

Preferred Certifications

· Okta Certified (Administrator/ Consultant/ Developer).

· Saviynt Certified IGA Professional.

· Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Certified: AZ-900, SC-300, SC-900, SC-400.

· ITIL Foundation (plus).

· Any CompTIA, Microsoft, or ISC² (entry-level) security cert (plus).
