    We are seeking to add a Project Manager to our Engagement Services Team. Our ideal candidate is located in Bulgaria to work with our Head of Engagement Services located in Miami, Florida.

    Our ideal candidate has excellent written and oral communication skills in English, experience managing translations and other projects, is comfortable with new software and has the willingness to work hard in a flexible environment, while maintaining expected level of professionalism.

    A Day in the life of the Project Manager:

    • Executes day-to-day tasks related to tasks or projects as assigned, logging corresponding expenses in department’s log
    • Oversee the lifecycle of translation projects, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, organizing, and monitoring workflows
    • Handle projects that involve translation, proofreading, and post-editing
    • Flawlessly manages assigned tasks in a timely manner, adhering to defined processes
    • Adhere to project timelines and coordinates contractors for on-time delivery of all tasks assigned
    • Maintain proper organization of documents/assets, tracking and tagging different versions
    • Enable contracts, milestones and keep track of progress of all ongoing tasks
    • Receive and execute tasks from internal teams, prioritizing requests and managing contractors/partners
    • Perform general research and analysis on latest content trends, or as required per project
    • Develop timelines for projects, oversee resource allocation and deliver all tasks by deadlines and budget established
    • Manage sprint process for internal requests, mastering task management via Jira
    • Accurately log data for all contractor/partners in our contact management system

    Required Qualifications – About you:

    • Strong written communication skills required
    • Strong command and fluency of English language
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (editing and comparison features) and Excel (ability to create reports, filter and manage data)
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Enthusiastic problem solver who is able to take ownership on tasks and projects assigned quickly
    • Strong research skills and a self-starter attitude
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
    • Ability to learn and understand existing complex systems
    • Ability to accurately track and clearly communicate status, progress, and any issues on current projects
    • Ability to ensure high quality output in a fast-paced environment

    Desired qualifications:

    • Experience in Translation Project Management, with excellent project management skills.
    • Experience recruiting and onboarding linguists and other types of talent
    • Experience with freelancer platforms, such as Upwork
    • 1+ year project management experience
    • Familiarity with foreign languages. Additional native-level language proficiency, a plus.
    • Knowledge of SEO preferred
    • Knowledge of paid search, including familiarity of requirements for different search engines, such as Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and Yandex
    • Experience with project and contractor management software (Jira, Worksuite, etc.)

    Your Pathway To Success

    Within the first 3 months of employment

    • Develop expertise on all content aspects of internal paid search processes and requirements
    • Clearly outline project requirements, convey clear instructions and answer any questions linguists or other contractors/partners may have regarding the scope of their assignment(s)
    • Assist, or conduct, recruitment and onboarding of resources, as required per task/project

    Within 6 months of employment

    • Execute tasks independently, under limited to no supervision
    • Support all communication and be the liaison for all contractors/partners
    • Reviews and studies the department’s documentation, identifying and closing knowledge gaps through personal efforts, keeping process documentation and other materials up-to-date
    • Participate in cross team meetings, contributing with updates on tasks and processes

    Within 12 months of employment

    • Independently develop timelines according to resources and budget determined with lead
    • Develop content strategies, manage content creation and translations, communicating dependencies and timelines to internal teams
    • Contribute to improving internal processes and onboarding talent to our service partner network
    • Become subject matter expert on all content-related processes and services
    • Manage several projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to our high standard of quality
    • Manages internal expectations related to project requirements and timelines
