ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of DevOps Engineer.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with both Development and Operations to deliver DevOps best practices
• Build, maintain and design CI/CD pipelines using Atlassian Bamboo (or similar CI/CD tools)
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications, services and systems
• Develop, maintain and optimize automation scripts (mainly PowerShell) to improve efficiency and consistency
• Continuously monitor system performance and implement proactive measures for high availability and stability
• Automate and provision on-premise infrastructure on demand using Ansible (or similar IaaC tools)
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and contribute to incident resolution
• Document technical processes and system architecture
• Contribute to the team’s culture of continuous learning and experimentation

What you will need:

• Good understanding of Windows system administration
• Good understanding of networking and infrastructure virtualization
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Bamboo, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
• Scripting languages (proficiency in PowerShell will be considered a very strong advantage)
• Familiarity with configuration management tools
• Experience with Git
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, would be considered a plus
• Experience with DevSecOps concepts and tools (HashiCorp Vault, Trivy, Snyk, etc.) would be considered a plus
