Senior expert Digital workplace – Desktop Software Support

For our IT Division, we are currently looking for a Senior expert Digital workplace – Desktop Software Support

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• System Setup & Maintenance

o Install, image, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, drivers, and software.

o Prepare IT equipment for deployment based on projects, customer requests, or internal needs.

o Maintain accurate documentation of issued assets and supplies.

o Troubleshoot desktop computers, mobile devices and peripherals related software problems.

• Device & Software Support

o Troubleshoot issues related to desktop computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.

o Experience with computer imaging tools, including WDS (Windows Deployment Services).

• Centralized Management Tools

o Work with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune for device and software management.

• Microsoft 365 & Identity Services

o Support services including:

o Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)

o Active Directory

o Group Policies

o Mail clients / rules

o Microsoft Purview (compliance and data governance)

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Computer science, Informatics, Electronics or relevant;

• Experienced in digital workplace end user hardware and software;

• Experienced in operating systems Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 services;

• Experience with Mobile device management Products /preferrable Microsoft Intune/;

• Experience with M365 services over Android and Apple devices;

• Must be organized and punctual;

• Problem solving and prioritizing skills;

• Very good communications skills and client oriented attitude;

• Good command of English – written and spoken;

• Ability to work in team;

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;

• Ability to work under pressure;

• Positive orientation and personal motivation;
